Tru Fitness was established in 2012 by owners, Tina & Johnny Miller. With nearly 20 years of personal training experience, we understand that a person’s long term success depends not just on high quality instruction and guidance, but also consistency. That’s why at Tru Fitness we developed our group fitness program to give our members the experience and benefits of having a personal trainer on a daily basis at an affordable cost. Our classes are designed to teach our members how to exercise safely and effectively over the course of a lifetime by focusing on high quality movements designed to fight against the stresses of daily living. Our aim is not to just workout hard but to improve the quality of our members daily lives so they can enjoy the benefits of sustainable health and fitness.
